The latest version of the Opera browser sends multiple invalid requests to our servers for every page you visit. The most common causes of this issue are: The Large Medical Pack Schematic is found in the room where you met Ellie and Stross.Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. The Vintage Suit Schematic is found in the Power Node door right after the first Necromorph encounter. The Enhanced Infector that will run across the Records Room. This is one of the rare occasions where a Necromorph will not attack you in close proximity, unless you attack it first. 
Once you enter that room, an Enhanced Infector will "run" across on the floor.
At the beginning of the chapter, you can see an Infector creating the Enhanced Slashers in the room behind the glass. After the first room with the Store where Isaac stumbles, you walk into the room with the window and you will see something falling. The second Nest is fought in this area. After the Zero-G maneuvering is done, he ends up on the other side of the walled area and catches up with Ellie after dealing with some injured Necromorphs. However, Tiedemann reactivates them and forces Isaac to either use Stasis or move carefully around the mechanics. Ellie tries to help Isaac catch up with them by stopping the mechanics and gears in the Zero-G area. 
Chapter 8 involves Isaac traveling through the main CEC area which he goes through many small, narrow rooms and seeing Stross and Ellie who are split by a wall with glass.
